Sound Design & Original Music

TUNALI103 creates sound design and original music for films, documentaries, animation, television, exhibitions and audiovisual installations. These formats call for different approaches: a film soundtrack follows a picture edit, while an exhibition soundscape also needs to work with a physical space and the movement of its visitors.

The portfolio includes soundscapes for New:Now (Ankara, 2024) and Genç Dalga–Soyut (Ankara, 2022), music for Yeni Bir Sabah, and original documentary music for Işık Kulesi and İmalat-ı Harbiye Ankara Sultanîsine Karşı. It also features audiovisual installations by YA.KA.ZA. Each project card identifies its format and the contribution credited to TUNALI103.

Original composition, sound design and effects are distinct roles. For Birdy & Spidy, the credit is sound design and sound effects for Kerim Dündar’s 3D animation, with music credited to Dave Brubeck. Keeping these roles separate helps explain what was created for each production.

For a new screen project, share the current picture edit, duration, dialogue or existing sound, reference scenes and intended viewing context.
